Book Appointment

Time zones shown while booking an appointment will depend on the location and your registered phone number. All email notifications have the time zone specified. 

All appointments are confirmed only upon payment unless you are an employee and your employer has partnered with The Happy Space for Workplace Wellbeing programs.

In case you need to reschedule or cancel please let us know 1-2 days ahead. Any changes made with less than 24 hours notice would be a fully billable session as it is a lost slot for us and too late to accommodate another client in need.
