All appointments are confirmed only upon payment unless you are an employee and your employer has partnered with The Happy Space for Workplace Wellbeing programs. Please check your registered email for all appointment updates and payment details.
In case you need to reschedule or cancel please let us know 1-2 days ahead. Any changes made with less than 24 hours notice would be a fully billable session as it is a lost slot for us and too late to accommodate another client in need.
