Cancellation & Refund Policy
Coaching/ counselling and psychotherapy is a professional service built on the foundation of trust between the Client and the Service Providers – Consultants at The Happy Space. In order to ensure smooth functioning and the best interest of both the client and The Happy Space, we have a strict cancellation policy.
Cancellations made before 48-24 hours of the session will not be charged. Cancellations made with less than 48-24 hours notice or a ‘no-show’ ( not turning up for the session without informing ) would be treated as a fully chargeable session as it would be too late to allot it to someone in need. It is a loss of time, effort and money for the business and our time set aside for you is billable and the money will not be refunded.
If you turn up late for the session, there would not be any refunds. Extending the session is subject to the availability of the Consultant at The Happy Space.
Being on time helps us to serve you and other clients on time. A cancellation could mean a change in schedule and a lost appointment for another client in need. When you book an appointment, we reserve an hour or two aside just for you and plan our calendar sometimes even weeks ahead.
